2025-10-20Prior to coming to QNails I looked at their reviews. Seemed like a great place to go. However, I had such a poor experience I will not be returning. I had a set of acrylic nails removed and asked for a basic manicure. My real nails were filed down so much, they hurt. While some of my nails STILL have acrylic left on them despite me pointing it out during my appointment. My nails are so crooked I had to file them myself at home. The picture attached is before I filed them myself. After treating my nails so horrible, the person doing my manicure applied lotion with acrylic dusk still on my hands. This created a thick gross texture all over my hands. I had to wash them after she finished the service. I’m not sure why this was so rushed as she was pressuring me to add extra services on with no other customers there. All in all, I’m very disappointed, will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend for basic services.

2025-07-27Today was my first time visiting and I will definitely be back! Such a welcoming feeling and my nails turned out amazing. They were done by Alan and he nailed it. I showed him a picture I liked and they are so pretty! I'm so happy with the finished product. Would recommend this place for sure.

2025-06-21Maria did a great job taking my inspiration photo of a design and making it work and look great! Pedicure was completed within the hour for the 3rd tier option. Not as much leg massage with that one. Polish covered the whole nail to the cuticle. The salon is more meant for a fast service and a little chaotic. With phone calls and kids pausing my service. Didn't bother me but if you're going for more of a calm relaxing experience it's probably not it. But the quality of work is great! Thanks!

2025-04-29OH MY GOSH! Best nail experience I’ve EVER had!! John did my nails in a little over an hour and let me tell you, he did a fantastic job! Very very detail oriented and took his time with each nail. Anytime I get my nails done, they always seem very thick and 100% crooked. I have arthritis in my middle and ring fingers and they curve towards each other. My nails are completely straight and have ZERO imperfections. So so so unbelievably happy with how they turned out! I spent a little over $75 not including a tip. Thank you so so so much John!!! I absolutely look forward to going back to Q-Nails!!!
