Magic Nails & Spa

I absolutely loved the atmosphere, the diverse amount of employees, their hours etc! It was my first time trying them out & they are a bit pricier than other places i’ve been previously, but the way the employees treat you & the result of their work is amazing! The reason I only gave them four stars was because I told the lady doing my toes that I previously had builder gel on them because I constantly get ingrown toenails & my toenails are so brittle & constantly break. She asked if I wanted acrylic to shape them better since they were so short & broken & I said no. Later on once it came time to paint she decided to use acrylic anyways, which I mean she didn’t charge me, but I did say no, just because i’ve never had it & I was worried it might damage my toenails more, which it did. After about a week the acrylic & polish began to lift off & finally got caught when I was putting a shoe on an ripped off half of my big toenail, then a few days later the other one came next. My toenails are very fragile, which is not her fault at all, I just wish she wouldn’t have used the acrylic at all because my toes are now in immense pain. Other than that, which is really not a crazy big deal, all of the ladies have an amazing attitude, very sweet & welcoming & their prices are adequate for the work they perform! I paid $50 for a gel pedicure, & she also didn’t charge me for the bit of acrylic she used to shape my stubs lol, but I will definitely come back after my toenails grow & heal a bit & maybe I can get some tips on how to grow them stronger!

Gave a reference photo and the girls that did my nails did a great job!! It was a really comfortable environment for me and I usually feel awkward when I go to hair or nail salons but I didn’t when I was in their salon :) was my first time and I’ll be coming back more often!!

Best place I've ever had my nails done at. They always do an amazing job! April is always able to handle whatever design inspo I bring it and it always looks better than the original picture. Relaxed atmosphere with lots of laughs and fun.

I got my nails done at magic almost 3 weeks ago and I adore them! The girl (last name Martinez, first name is escaping me) did a great job fixing what happy nails did. I hated my nails after I left happy nails in SB and magic had a lot of great reviews and pictures so I tried it. The facade of the building is a little off putting but I went in anyways. After a short wait I got exactly what I asked for. I only planned on doing my nails a few times for some events during the summer but I ended up loving them and will continue to do my nails now that I feel like it is worth the money. She spent so much time shaping my nails to what I actually wanted instead of just rushing me thru to get to the next customer. I really appreciated the atmosphere as well, it was upbeat with laughing and a lot of happy customers. Thank you!
