Erin is definitely my favorite cosmetologist i've been too, she sat and asked my preference and took her time making sure my hair was to my liking but also what she was in-visioning i put my full trust into her and don't regret it my hair came out amazing!!

To be charged full price to get no wash or style and be told that she’s too small for a wash yet keep the adult price because she’s 8 is ridiculous. I should have went to Great Clips. I did know the price before going but was under the impression that since she was “8” and not young enough for a “kids cut” she would get the same type of treatment as an adult. I won’t go back. $40 ($5 tip, why I don’t know) was not worth a dry haircut with no style or wash. I should not have given a tip. But I was being nice. I will admit we weren’t the most pleasant. But to charge for an 8 year old as an adult because she isn’t “under 6” is ridiculous.

We have been to the Serenity Salt Cave twice with our son. It's always such a relaxing time, and such an affordable price!

My sister and I went to the salon for a “girl’s day” and we had a great experience and both received great haircuts. We both have thick, wavy hair and our stylists knew how to work with that and gave us styling tips. We recommend Stephanie and Erin.

Never go here for eyebrow waxing. I asked for a clean up under my brows and told her my eyebrows were already very light. She completely ruined them. I should’ve known better though she was not very welcoming and seemed like she wanted to get my service done quickly because she was leaving. Will add pictures to show..
