Da Vi Nails ( INSIDE WALMART )

I have been here before with great service in the past. Due to time and cost I dont always get to go for manis/pedis but I had an upcoming surgery and wanted a pedicure just as a little treat to myself. The color I requested (picture shown to her before she started) was a light pink but not translucent. When finished you could clearly see my toenail under the polish. The did offer to repaint with a darker color which covered everything and told me they wanted to make sure I was happy so I didnt feel bad about the change (regular polish, not the no chip). When I got home and furthur inspected I was shocked...my 3 year old could've done a better job at polishing my toes. Some were not even covered all the way and both big toes has dents/scratches. I was very disappointed especiallysince they seemed like it was not a big deal to repaint them. I always leave a nice tip as well. Ended up removing their polish and repainted them myself at home. Don't think I'll be returning for another pedicure again.

Excellent customer service! I received a fill from a newer employee (who has since left), which I was not 100% satisfied with. I stopped back in and was extremely impressed with the response. Without question, Donna immediately made time to resolve my concerns by giving me a new full set. My nails now look great! Inevitably, things go wrong sometimes, but due to my positive experience with how Donna handled and corrected, I’ll be back! Also had a great pedicure!

The service here is always exceptional. The nail techs are professional and very detail-oriented. My nails came out shiny and smooth. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

I recently had my nails done at this salon by a technician named Joe Hoang, but unfortunately, the quality was not as expected. My nails ended up breaking shortly after the service, which was quite disappointing. However, I really appreciate the way the owners, Henry and Donna, handled the situation. They were very professional and kind, offering to fix my nails completely free of charge. Their quick response and dedication to customer satisfaction truly impressed me. Mistakes can happen, but what matters most is how they are resolved. Thanks to Henry and Donna, I left the salon happy with my nails looking perfect.
