I took my girl here and she absolutely loved it. Sometimes if they are busy or they aren’t able to get to you right away the front desk does a great job of communicating and letting the customer know. We sometimes go on a Sunday and it was pretty busy right at the opening but still was a great experience. She got a pedicure and dip nails. I posted some pictures of nails she’s gotten in the past there. Definitely recommend. Leyna and Angela were great up front!

Overpriced and unprofessional. The staff come off as friendly but most of them sit behind the counter and gossip as if it’s a party. When I get serviced, the woman and man that did my feet and nails had a conversation amongst each other, the woman asked me “why don’t you add gel?” I told her $20 was too expensive for the gel polish. Her and the man proceeded to continue their conversation, which i couldn’t understand, and they shared laughs. She ended up punching my skin with the nail tool on my toe and the man didn’t even file under my nails correctly. I felt judged my entire visit. Very weird energy in this place. Almost as if I was back in high school. I normally tip very well but i left this place giving $0 in tip. I had planned on getting my eyebrows done as well but cancelled it. This place did not deserve my money and I will not be back. I have told everyone to stay clear of this place unless they want to be judged or asked to add on extra services. In this economy, most of us just want to still be able to have some self care without breaking the bank, so when someone comes to your establishment to support, don’t make them feel bad for not wanting to pay ”$20 more for gel.” Also there was dirty towels and clipped nails on the floor by my pedicure chair. They had no intentions to clean and make it look presentable for me. Never returning. And if my comment is removed i will be going to the BBB.

I question writing this review as I want to be honest about a bad experience but show a bit of grace… I have been to this location four times. It has progressively gotten worse. The first time was absolutely amazing. The salon is clean and well organized- yesterday, I went and had a pedicure with gel and requested a manicure with dip. The service was extremely rushed almost to the point of painful. I have four fingers that are cut- Bleeding, and the others were filed down on the side so much that my hands are burning. The pedicure was OK certainly not relaxing at the least - overall was done poorly and rushed through the lady doing my manicure told me she had to leave because she had a family Event to go to, and you could tell she was not focused and did not want to be there. I did briefly speak to the manager on duty. She apologized. I paid and tipped. Given the cost of nails, in a “spa” environment. You shouldn’t leave bleeding, sore, and with basically nothing done to your feet but some hot towels and polish. I will say. Polish looks great.

Beware.. it’s a chop shop (the goal is to turn over the chair as quickly as possible to maximize $$$.) I slipped on water getting into my chair which prompted me to look a bit closer.. it was a nail graveyard around the pedicure chairs. The prices are too high for the salon to be this disgusting. I do not think they are following proper board procedure on how to sanitize tools, either. Not one tool used on me was fresh or removed from steril packaging. My regular salon was closed so I came here for a last minute polish. Never again.

I received a text message that said I had a coupon for $10 off using my points. I wanted my toenails to have a break from gel so I specifically asked for regular polish for my pedicure. When I was asked what color I wanted they asked again and confirmed regular polish. When the woman started to polish my feet she pulled out the lamp. So she had already painted my toes with gel. So I was charged for a gel pedicure. Something like this happens everything I come to this place, my sister was here to witness it this time so I know it is not just me. Be careful coming here, they don't give you what you ask for they give you what they want you to have!
