BB Nails & Spa

We’re from out of town and stopped in for a spa day — they took us right away! One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. Super relaxing and great service!

I went to BB Nails because I used to go there about five years ago and it was the best salon in Indiana. They always had about 20 stylist every time I was in there and the place would be packed with customers. You could show them any style of nails or design that you wanted, and they could replicate it. It was always pricey, but worth it. I moved so I stopped going to the salon. I recently lost my nail stylist that I’ve been going to, so I decided to go back to BB Nails because I knew they were dependable, even though it’s a 40 minute drive from my home. When I got there, I had an appointment for 3 o’clock and I told them I had to be gone by 5:30. They told me no problem no problem. That only take one hour for my pedicure in one hour to do the fill of my gel X nails and the new polish on it. I didn’t get out there till 6:20 PM. And at that point, the stylist who did my pedicure told me she couldn’t do the polish that I wanted. Picked her own polish. And then put stripper glitter on my nails. And was upset and angry when I told her get that cheap stripper glitter off my Nails. Then the stylist who did my fill on the nails on my hand, was doing good said they could do the design. But then went to use the spray gun for the ombre part and couldn’t get the spray gun to work for over an hour. After he got his significant other out there, she got the spray gun to work she sprayed more polish on my actual fingers, then on my actual nails. And at the end, it looked nothing like the photo and they did not want to fix it nor did I have the time for them to fix it that day. It took me two days to get all the polish off my actual fingers. And when I ask them less than 12 hours later, if they would fix my nails for me, they told me I would have to pay to fix it. So I told him I want to refund because I needed to go somewhere else. And they refuse. So I talk to my bank and put a stop payment on the charge on my card. I will never go back there and I will tell everybody how the new Management at BB Nails is ruin the good reputation that BB Nails always had.

I absolutely love this salon. ❤️ Thai and Hannah are amazing. And all of the techs too. Everyone there is so friendly and always do a fantastic job. Manicure last night and pedicures with my husband this morning. Ready for some fun in the sun!🌞

I have been going for a few months since a customer recommended it to me. My nails have looked perfect every single time and they are the nicest people! My dip powder lasts almost 4 whole weeks. At other nail salons if I have an appt. I still have to wait--they always take me right at my appt. time. Can't say enough good things about them!!

Honestly, the photos speak for themselves. Pick another salon. You won't be sorry. Before giving the online review, I reached out to the company twice to give them an opportunity to either correct or refund the service (their choice--I just didn't want messed up nails for which I had just overpaid). They made it clear that they don't care about clients once they've been paid. I had been coming here for a long time, but I'm now in the market for a salon that provides a good service. It was infuriating to spend $80 and come home with this....
