I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and used to rave about Lily Nail Spa. The quality of the service has significantly dropped since I started going here. It seems they value quantity over quality and have started rushing just to get more people in the door. I got my usual hybrid gel over my natural nails. Not only are my nails different lengths and not uniform but the manager stepped in to finish painting and left gel polish all over my fingers. Huge red flag that the manager let me walk out of her salon with the sloppiest looking nails. NOT WORTH $60 and will be finding a new nail salon.

Book with Alexa!! She’s a 10/10! I’ve been seeing her for about a year and a half and she’s amazing. Her work is flawless. My nails always last at least 4 weeks and could easily go 5, and every design turns out even better than I imagined. She makes every appointment fun and comfortable and I genuinely look forward to seeing her every time.

I have been going to Lilly Nail Spa for about a year now, and the service is AMAZING. Everyone in the shop is so helpful and attentive, and the shop is always spotless. Alexa is my nail tech, and she always knows what color I want and the design. She did fabulous Italy-inspired nails with fruits on them, and they are so unique and beautiful! I love it here :)

*Update* Went in to have my nails redone and they came out better than I expected decided to do the hybrid gel and they look soo much better than before, I even go the color I wanted. I highly suggest going here but be sure to do your research on the nail techs as they are all not equal in talent. I usually go here once a month to get my nail dip done on my natural nails. I got Tina which I don't usually have issues with but I requested a red French tip with natural number 202 nail dip which is the color I go with as its the most natural. She did the exact opposite the only thing she got right was the French tip but the wrong color I had asked multiple times if she knew what colors I wanted and she said yes. I'm honestly disappointed and absolutely hate how the nails came out, as I'm not one to openly express that I dislike them because I don't like causing a scene in nail salons but even my nails were overly filed and one looks like a triangle rather than an almond shape. Still are pretty but the one finger will forever haunt me and the colors are gross together.
