Pro Nails

I don’t like writing bad reviews since I usually just roll with it if something is wrong, but This is probably my last time coming here. This was my second time coming, where I booked an appointment with John days(s) before, got text and email confirmation, and when I got there, they told me he was off or not there and so I had to go with someone else. I just spent 3 HOURS in here. i came in for a fill and he told me I needed a new set to set the proper shape, even though I was getting the same shape. The young man who did my nails, was sweet, however, he clearly could not do what I asked. He was visibly and veryyy clearly sick, never turned his head to cough and would cough right in my face and did not have on any mask. There was also a language barrier and he didn’t understand a lot of what I said and colleague had to come over and help out at one point. Had to ask him to reapply a tip and French design three times because he kept putting it on crooked. He became frustrated when it was very clear what I showed him I wanted and I wouldn’t settle for the basic version He kept trying to give me. I asked for gold and he brought over gold glitter polish(again, I let it go for the sake of finishing). I asked him to fill the space between my nail and the tip because there was more space than I’ve seen before and he didn’t. So I’ll go home and fill them myself with nail glue. I’ll put both the pictures of what I asked for and what I got on this review. I booked with Jon because I know his level of skill. I don’t mind giving someone else a try but I at least expect them to be somewhat versed and what I’m asking for. Once I saw that he wasn’t going to be able to do the Christmas tree design I wanted with rhinestones, I changed it to something I thought was basic enough that he Might be able to do, but even that he struggled with. I was there so long I just started saying yes and OK so he could finish and I could get out of there. I couldn’t stand any more coughs in my face. I have a toddler at home that I need to be careful about when it comes to getting sick. I came with the expectation that I would get who I booked with, and also knowing that it would cost more to get the particular designs that I wanted. I paid the $75 and left. Christmas is my favorite holiday, so it was important for me to get my nails how I want and it’s disappointing to have to settle so I could get out.

Stopped in today for a manicure and pedicure. The salon is very clean and organized. I booked my manicure with John and he did amazing! All of my nails are very even which I appreciate the most. I was unsure of what I wanted to do, and John helped me decide on a full set. I have double toe thumbs, so I was nervous about a full set but he worked his magic to blend in the almond shape with the rest of my fingers. I do not know the gentleman’s name who did my pedicure but he was great too. I opted in for the volcanic pedicure because I wanted to treat myself, and I enjoyed it! (Was ready to fall asleep by the end with how relaxing it was) I will for sure be back.

Alex did an amazing job on my nails! He took his time but did them in a timely manner. His acrylic application is out of this world and shapes them beautifully. I have been to Pro Nails a couple of times and can definitely say it’s my go to spot. The workers are very friendly and the place is very nice and clean. I highly recommend this place. (Alex did the long colorful nails, and the other sets were done by a different guy. For the life of me I can’t remember his name)

John did an amazing job today. The design was straight from the picture. I will definitely come back!

I came in with a literal nail EMERGENCY!! John took me and was the absolute best with my nails. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and even more, made me feel comfortable! If you go please ask for JOHN! Truly an amazing experience and ILL DEFINITELY be coming back
