Massage Envy

Cassidy, the massage therapist was great. I was not made aware that if I’m not a member, I would be charged an additional $50 on my massage. No one mentioned that when I schedule my first or second massage. I am very dissatisfied. I regret buying a gift certificate massage for a family member now.

Tried to book an appointment. Apparently you need to confirm it 17 times before they will accept your appointment. I put in ALL of my information, chose my appointment day and time, chose the person I wanted to be my therapist for the appointment, selected what type of pressure I wanted, and add one and everything. Looked forward to it all week to get there and have the person tell me I didn’t hit confirm the 100th time to actually book the appointment. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a massage.

My friend booked me a massage as a gift, so I knew nothing about it until the day of it was a surprise. I called to try to reschedule or set up another time due to it being a surprise gift they told me I had to pay another $120 on top of what he already paid it was nothing I or they could do the manager wouldn't give him his money back told me to call and try to find someone else to come get the massage I wouldn't recommend I wouldn't book with them either, especially if n gifting someone, they didn't call him or try to give him his money back horrible business! HORRIBLE

I booked a massage here a month ago for my wife and myself. The massage was good and went well. A month later my card was charged for another massage. They claim I booked a subsequent massage at my visit which I definitely did not. I never received any appointment confirmation the day I supposedly booked in person. They are not able to provide record that we booked a massage with them subsequent to our initial visit. Management is unwilling to rectify the situation. I would not recommend using this location as they booked a massage and fraudulently charged me. Update: I was refunded in full with no apology. Glad it was resolved. I won’t be back.

The first problem was the masseuse not listening when I told her to not massage a part of my back (I was in pain for well over a week afterwards) and then blaming my posture and continuing anyway. The bigger problem, however, was the masseuse stopping 5+ times throughout the massage to hit her vape. That was just insulting, disrespectful, and undoubtedly unprofessional.
