Very clean and welcoming environment, providing a personalized salon experience for the customer, is what I always experience at Tangles. My nail tech/stylist, Taylor S. is absolutely amazing with the designs she creates on my nails. She always does a fantastic job, and never turns down a challenge with the design that I pick! I highly recommend Taylor S. and Tangles!

I’ve been coming to Tangles for my nails for a while now since my sister works here, and it’s always such a great experience! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and Natalie, the owner, truly runs the best salon in town — everything operates so smoothly, and you can tell how much care goes into it. I recently had a massage with Thomas, and it was absolutely amazing — hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! He was professional, attentive, and made sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the whole time. I left feeling refreshed, renewed, and completely stress-free. If you’re looking for an incredible massage, I can’t recommend Thomas enough! I truly love love love this SALON ITS THE BEST THERE IS 🫶🏼❤️

I had Billie Jean for a balayage today. I love my hair so much! She was so nice and fun to talk with. I’ve wanted to do this technique for a while and I won’t go to anyone but her from now on. The salon is so nice and welcoming. Turned this rainy day around 😊

First time I went a young girl sat me down and started cutting my dry hair before I could even get my earrings out. She didn’t even wash or style my hair and rushed me out the door charging $50.and I looked the same as when I went in. Even the receptionists were saying that was quick did she cut your hair? I went back 1 week later because I wasn’t happy with the cut and asked for someone else she washed my hair but acted like it was an inconvenience to wash and dry my hair and I left with my hair very damp in the winter and she charged me $60 ! Again did not get the cut I asked for. I also had a skin care appt that they said needed their Dr to do a consult first. The Dr canceled several hours before consult. Then a receptionist called me 1 hour prior to that cancelled appt and said the Dr could take me for consult after all. I advised them I already found someone else.
