Nail Lounge and Spa

This was my first time getting my nails professionally done and I let them know that. The guy who did my nails was very rude, would not explain things when I asked questions like what is involved in having the cuticles done etc. and left my nails looking nothing like the picture I showed him. He hurt me several times and when I left I was in tears over the appearance. I went back in and as soon as the lady at the desk saw my nails she had another tech make time to thin them and try to fix them. (They looked like globs of gum stuck on my nails, thick and sloppy). She did her best and made them look acceptable. I didn’t notice until on vacation the next day while in the sun that the toe polish was off… half of 2 nails weren’t even painted and the outline glowed a different color than the rest. People definitely noticed and commented. I will never go back nor do I recommend.

Right off the bat, I noticed the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Ashley did my nails and paid very close attention to the little details (like underneath the nail!!) anytime I’ve went anywhere else I spend the next week digging things out from under my nails, but that ain’t gonna happen here. Then I moved over to the pedicure chair where Lily went to work on my feet like a pro!!! I appreciated her kindness and thoroughness as well! 10/10 totally recommend!!!!

I used to love this place but it’s seriously went down hill, been coming here since they’ve opened been a regular. Last time I was met with bad shaping , unprofessional work , and bad attitude, aggressive and harsh filing . when i wanted to look at my nails I was told that I wasn’t allowed to look . I was dragged by my arm to show the girl next to my nail tech my nails . I decided to give them another chance and went with my sisters for their back to school nails. we sit down and before my sister gets started with her nails I asked how much. She said 85 , I asked my sister if she’d rather go some where else cause the lady told my sister she couldn’t do the shape she wanted. she said she wanted to leave n go else where. The lady told my 15 yr old sister that she wasted her time n next time to not even bother coming at all. my other sister n my cousin was still getting their nails done. it was just the one not the lady doing my sisters nails went over and had her worker cut my cousins nails off with the acrylic still left on . we offered to pay them for what they did do and was met with attitude until my mom called and everything changed . They seen a bunch of young girls and decided they could talk / treat MINOR GIRLS how ever they please this is not an establishment that treats clients with respect AT ALL!!!!

Peace Internets! We are on the hunt to find a good pedicure spot. Most in the area haven’t been it. Gave the spot a chance! We got the signature pedicure. Overall you can’t go wrong this place, the staff is cool and down to earth. Will come back in the future.

I’ve been coming to here for the past 6 months! I am pleased every time! My nails are the strongest they’ve ever been and also look the best they ever have. Tiger always exceeds my expectations and makes every appointment enjoyable and relaxing! He is so talented.
