Bamboo Nails & Spa

My first time at this nail salon and I will continue to go here. I recently had surgery and the staff were so accommodating very kind, concerned about my comfort. I needed a new set and pedicure and they did a fabulous job. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, but I had a photo of what I thought I would like, and Tao gave me exactly what I showed her! Also, she continuously asked me if I was happy with my nails and told me don't leave unless I'm 100% pleased!!! Very kind very sweet extremely talented!

This salon is amazing! The ladies are so friendly and offer fantastic quality! These hand painted snowflakes are just gorgeous! Thank you Bamboo. #repeatcustomer

I went to Bamboo nails after reading reviews and hoped it would be a good experience. I was out of town and unable to go to my usual salon. Everyone was very nice while I was in the salon and I didn’t have any complaints upon leaving. Fast forward to 3 days later, and I’m now back home in central Indiana, hours away from the salon. All of my polish has started to chip, the chrome overlay they did is peeling off the top of my nails. We’re now exactly a week out, and my thumb nail is already broken! I figured that was going to happen when I noticed the acrylic pulling up from my natural nails earlier in the day. The polish on my toes has already started to come off as well. I also brought my daughter with me and she had her nails and toes painted; all of her nail polish was chipped/gone within 3 days and her toe nail polish is also chipping. We have never had these issues at the place we usually go! I paid well over $100 at this salon and am now having to go to another salon in my hometown to have them fixed-so I’m forking out more money. Pretty frustrating!

I came in as a walk in and was worked in within about 10 min. I’m VERY partial about my nails, but I LOVED my nails. My nail tech was Phyu and she was awesome. I hv found my place and it’s 5 minutes from my home (even better). Don’t miss out on the gem.

Absolutely love this place! I went to go get my nails done (dip + Design- a design I found on Pinterest), and I let them figure out how to shape my nails. I just asked the lady to keep them long, since the last place I had gone to, I’d asked for the same thing and he filed them down way too much and I was so disappointed. The tech I had did such a great job and even had another tech help get the design right I requested. They redid it a few times just to make sure it was accurate- which I really appreciated! Not only did they compliment my nail length and listen to what I asked of them, they took time to get it right! They also were kind enough to give me a small discount for my design since it was my first time there! I’ll definitely be back for my next appointment. !!
