I love this salon. Everyone is top notch. All the technicians are beautifully trained and do great work. It is a little pricey but the quality makes it worth it. Upfront pricing also keeps you from being surprised at the end. I recommend this salon to everyone I know 10/26 - another amazing job!!! Ryan did so great!! Super impressed with the design!!

Updated review: unfortunately all of the techs here are not very good. My last dip set was extremely thick and the French shape was ugly. My nail broke 1 week later, when I went back for the repair they had the SAME tech repair them after I’d expressed that I didn’t think he did a very good job in the first place. I don’t understand why they didn’t have someone new do the repair. They kind of dismissed my concerns and claimed that tech had done my nails in the past. Maybe this is the case, and maybe this was the last time I also had to do a repair. My nails are so thick is laughable I went to have them fixed and they are even worse not to mention extremely stubby now, he filed down my natural nail way too much. I used to come here bi-weekly but now I will be finding a new spot. Photos of a good set done here and the current experience attached. All of the techs at Milano do an excellent job. Their attention to detail is next level. They ensure you are completely satisfied with your services before leaving. I live on the other side of town and continue to make the drive over. Love them!!!

Everyone here is absolutely amazing! So far, Ryan, Bao, Ken, Emily, and Ray have all done my manicures and pedicures, and each one has been exceptional. Every technician here is talented and detail-oriented, so you never have to worry about getting a less skilled tech. The entire team is always so welcoming and professional, and the salon itself is gorgeous—clean, stylish, and relaxing. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The experience from start to finish was AMAZING! I came in as a new client (walk in on a Monday afternoon) for a pedicure (milk and honey) and after a quick check-in, I was seen immediately. My technician Rosa was amazing! She ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process and with gentle hands made my pedicure a pleasant experience. They serve drinks ( I opted for lemon water) and enjoyed my treatment. I highly recommend giving this place a try, as I will surely be back!!

Bao did such an amazing job on my nails. I got builder gel and it just seems like a lot of nail techs aren’t very good at it but wow. He paid close attention to details when it came to shaping my nails. He’s so nice and patient. I didn’t get any designs but I did see another girls nails that worked there and she said he did it so if you’re looking for designs, he would be amazing. I was sitting next to another technician named Tom and he also did builder gel with design. The women’s nails he was doing next to me looked really nice too. Highly highly recommend!
