2025-11-29Unfortunately my usual nail place was closed for a week so I figured I would give this place a try. I scheduled an appointment and was told when I got there that the person I scheduled with doesn’t do the type of nails I do (gel x) which is okay, but then I was made to feel like an inconvenience and kept being told they’d have to squeeze me in somewhere because they’re very busy with appointments (I made an appointment). The whole thing felt rushed since my appointment could not be completed by the person it was scheduled with (why have gel x as an option for them?). There is polish on all of my fingers (noted in the pictures). The design was not good and had to be repeated and still is not great. It was supposed to be a candy swirl, it looks like a starfish/flower. The bows are also very sharp when the reference picture I used was loopy round bows. I understand not everyone is great at designs, but I’d like to at least know that upfront so I wouldn’t ask for them. There’s also polish on my cuticles. Overall, I would not come back here as it was rushed and a bit sloppy.

Chris was professional, timely and did a perfect job, with the patience of a saint. I'm so impressed. Chris did a perfect French dip elevated with a chrome/glazed doughnut topcoat. Gala=ready!

Everyrhing was very clean and neat. Stiletto Nails is a calm and refreshing salon. It is not chaotic like all the others seem to be.
