2025-12-18The guest experience was awkward. I felt uncomfortable, and I didn’t even know my nail artist’s name, lol. My nails are awesome and exactly what I wanted, but she used a contaminated nail file and buffer on me. Her drills and equipment were covered in nail dust, and nothing looked properly sanitized. She was also filing very rough, and it hurt badly, not gonna lie. I kept flinching, and she said, “Relax”😭🫣. But I will say, the man who welcomed us into the salon and was at the register checking out was very welcoming and polite. The price wasn’t bad at all either I paid 55 for mine.

2025-10-28I come to nova to get dip Manicures. My nails have never been more healthy. I am always satisfied with the work. They do no matter who it is. Today I had Jenny and she did and absolutely wonderful job! Will be asking for her again! Highly recommend!
