A Hidden Gem in My Neighborhood Although I’ve lived in the area for three years and shop in the same plaza, this was my first time trying Urban Nail & Spa—and I’m so glad I did. After dealing with another salon that constantly changed staff and used poorly sanitized tools for high prices, I knew it was time to look elsewhere. To my surprise, Urban Nail & Spa was right in my neighborhood. The clean atmosphere, warm hospitality, relaxing music, and clearly displayed sanitized tool boxes immediately won me over. My nail tech gave me a wonderful, soothing manicure using vitamin E oil, and for just a basic manicure, my nails looked like I had an upscale gel manicure. I’ll definitely be returning. Just be sure to bring cash for tips!

So it depends on who does your nails here. I have had fantastic no chip and regular pedicures, and some not as good as others. I like to have a nice massage with my pedicure and manicure and sometimes people don’t even bother giving it like 30 seconds which is really aggravating and brings the tip down. I think the owner should talk to each technician about the massages and they should be standard across the board, not one person better than the other.

This is the go-to place for the most clean and heaven-on-earth place for my nails and toes. Ive been going here for nearly 3 years! I recommend Urban nails to all my friends who want to be pampered with their gel mani/pedi. They never make you wait, pedicures have massages and with manis, you get pampered like you wouldnt believe. they dont offer acrylics etc but thats why I prefer this place! I just wish I could book appointments online 😭😭

My name is Haide and I am writing this review to Urban Nail salon due to my horrible experience with one of the “Nail technician “ who do my no chip manicure and pedicure. I original went on February 14,2025, and by the 16th of February my right hand on my ring finger was already damaged and chipped, I came and ask to fixed. The owner fixed for me, then 2 days later 3 of my fingers in the same right hand was damaged as well, I call and talk to “Andy “ the owner to see what he can do, or at list have half of the $11O.00 that I pay, he refuse to fixed or give me my money back and when I was explaining him what happen… He hang on the phone on me. I try to call again and he just ignores my call. Almost all my family used to go there to have their nails done but with this experience I’ll will ask everyone that before going there thinking 2 times. There is other great salons that make you feel like a queen. This people like Andy, just care about the money they can have from you. Please. Please, do not go there!

Loved our pedicure appointment here! Jess and Bella did a wonderful job taking great attention to detail. One of the best pedicures I have had in the Naperville area. I will definitely be back for more pedicures. The place is very clean and new!
