BLING NAILS & SPA

This is my nails right out the shop. The nails are not neat nor smooth and look bulky. The man who did my nails had a negative energy to him as he would get frustrated when I would suggest him to fix something. Look at the size of my nails, apparently they’re long thus cost $5. I understand that businesses have to increase their prices, but the quality of the work has to be up to part. I’m really disappointed bc I have plans for the rest of the day so I can’t get it fixed.

Our whole family comes here and we've only ever had good experiences from all the staff. RESHMA has done my nails and fills many times now and they're consistently perfect and exactly what I've asked for, great attention to detail. My husband gets his pedicures, and my stepdaughter gets her full sets and always leaves feeling really special. Here are my wedding nails!

As a first time customer, I don’t appreciate being put in as practice for an inexperienced tech, especially since I paid $60 plus tip for a fill with gel polish and chrome powder, plus one repair. He took an hour and-a-half to do the job and had to redo the tip attachment and polish several times. My nails don’t look awful but they don’t look great, and my thumbnails are totally different shapes. He was very sweet but needs more training before taking customers. I will not be returning. EDIT: Per the owner's response, I called to see what they would do to fix the situation and they can't even find my review or the service I had even though I logged in at the salon with my information. They have no idea who I am or what I am talking about even though I just had my nails done and posted this review yesterday. There is a "team" that posts these on their behalf and apparently there is no communication protocol for bad service issues. I had to wait on hold for several minutes for them to try and figure out what is going on, and they came back on the phone and said they can't find anything on me.

I have never wasted $75 on something so terrible. I kept telling the lady that I don’t like them and I think it’s best I just get them soaked off and she insisted that I let her “fix” them. Which put me in an uncomfortable position to be forced to get the nails and pay for something I continued to say I didn’t like or want. I’ve been here multiple times and have never been this disappointed , I’ll never go back.

I want to give a shout out to Tiffany for doing a awesome job with my nude nails (Dirty D dancer is the color name) 10/10 I would go again all the nail techs are nice with superb character if you see this I recommend coming here when u want to relax and get cute the multi color was done by another tech also want to shout out who ever did my sis nails thank you
