Tried this salon for the first time with a friend and thought it was one of the best manicures I've gotten. It's a great atmosphere, nicely decorated and clean. The staff was welcoming and professional. I got a gel manicure and it was done meticulously. My cuticles were cleaned up nicely and I loved the shape. Really enjoyed my time here Update: Second time visiting and still great. Nothing beats consistency

I’m not sure what happens at nail salons. They start out doing great work, and then slowly not so much…. I’ve been a client since they opened. My last pedicure was my last there. I am not demanding in any way…. It felt mean and resentful and was really such a sloppy careless effort. So, just some feedback. I went to a different salon yesterday and was blown away by the difference. Really unfortunate. It’s a crowded arena, filled with customers who ultimately get the gig.

Erica provided the most relaxing mani/pedi I have ever had. She’s gentle and calm and I appreciate the effort it’s hard work and she was simply wonderful.

Updating my Google review from a few months back (Feb/Apr 2023). Definitely a spot to go for a spa pedicure. I always appreciate Amy who does my No Chip Mani and Pedi. This recent visit, I booked a 445pm on a Sunday for the Lavender Spa Pedicure. Yes, I know, close to their closing time. Amy is always super busy and I can really tell today. Would not have anyone else besides Amy who is kind, patient, and absolutely worth it - Always does an excellent job, busy or not. Latest visit in April 2023 was during the weekday before 4pm and it was an Organic Milk & Honey Spa Pedicure. I did not opt to get color and the buff kept my pedicure and cuticles shiny. Both special spa pedicures take an hour and a half or so. Very worth it and relaxing! Photo here of the result of my Lavender Spa Pedicure, is of OPI It's a Boy, which is a light pastel blue color. Out of the two Spa Pedicures I have had, I recommend Organic Milk & Honey Spa Pedicure (with Amy) - Always feel relaxed after it. --- (Feb/Apr 2023) Bright, calming, and very clean nail salon! Scheduled a pedicure last minute and so happy about the cleaning process and final outcome. My technician was "Amy Amy." The service is excellent and all staff are attentive to your needs even if they had not serviced you. Would love to come back for a No Chip Manicure. Lacquer Lounge is the ONLY place I’ll go to get my nails done. Online bookings are SO nice and their color selection is amazing. Staff is very friendly!
