2025-11-28I've been going to Lucy's for a long time and will never ever go anywhere else . Lucy and Jimmy are the most humble caring people I've ever met. They go above and beyond every 2 weeks for me . They care about their people and always want you happy. Every time I go in I have crazy ideas lol and they always come through. Just left there once again with an idea and I'm obsessed with them. If you want people that care and always remember you go to Lucy's !!! Thank you Jimmy and Lucy for always doing amazing !

2024-12-10LOVE Lucy’s Nails! I have been getting my nails done here for years. I currently live in AZ but make sure to stop by whenever I am in town. They do such nice work and provide a comfortable and relaxing environment. These are my holiday nails I just got done. I was looking for something neutral to go with all of my festive outfits and they “nailed” it. (No pun intended lol) Definitely recommend and hope you love them as much as I do!

2024-09-21LUCY AND JIMMY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST. I am never disappointed, they always make sure I love my nails and I am very very picky and anal about my nails. I will never go to another nail salon… the customer service is outstanding and Lucy and Jimmy both are truly amazing at what they do.

2024-09-09Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I walked out and looked at my nails to be in shock at how horribly they looked. I had to go to another salon to get them re done because I was scared to even say anything, but after realizing my money is mine and I shouldn’t pay for a bad service I went back to get my money. I was met with hostility and Lucy and her sidekick who raised their voices at me. Worst customer service I’ve ever been met with. Save your time and money. Lesson learned to not accept bad service. Your money is worth more than that. The owner also got other customers involved which were in the establishment, crappy nails with a side of stress. Sounds like a place I don’t want to be! Very unprofessional and horrible work quality. Not to mention, the place is outdated and unclean and so is the technic in which they do nails and handle business issues. I WISH GOOGLE LET ME DO ZERO STARS! She didn’t even refund me my entire balance….
