Legend Nails - Orland Park

It was my grandmother’s and my first time at Legend Nails today, and we were very impressed with both the efficiency and the quality of the work. I believe the gentleman who did my nails was named Kevin, and he did a fantastic job. He listened to what I wanted, something natural-looking that wouldn’t damage my nails, and recommended Gel-X, which turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. Both my grandma and I were so happy with the outcome of our nails! We’ll definitely be coming back.

Legend Nails is my go to spot for my hands and feet. Everyone inside is always nice, quick and talented. Ny is one of the best nail techs ever and she can do any design imaginable. I also think they are priced very well. You can tell by how many people come in repeatedly that they have great customer service and clients enjoy coming to this shop.

They did the most perfect French nails for me! It was my first time coming here, and I’ll definitely be back. As soon as I walked in, I was helped right away. The nail techs are so friendly and provide the best service. I showed an image for reference, and he only looked at it for a few seconds then matched it perfectly. He also did my mom’s and sister’s nails, and they turned out amazing too. We’re all very satisfied. Thank you so much

I have been coming here to get my nails done for over a year I really love the way my nails are done I have never been upset everyone is very nice and welcoming. My family has also started coming here because that’s how perfect my nails have always been I will never be changing my nail artist again!!

I came into Legend Nails on 8/15 while in town for a wedding (I live 7 hours away). I got a pedicure and a dip powder manicure. The pedicure was wonderful—very relaxing and well done. Unfortunately, the manicure was a completely different experience. Within 3 hours of leaving the salon, one of my nails chipped. I was able to return and get it fixed at no cost, which I appreciated. However, just two days later, the same nail chipped again—this time I had already left town and had to pay another salon to fix it. Now, less than two weeks later, my pinky nail has completely fallen off, my pointer finger's dip powder peeled right off and crumbled, and almost every other nail is chipped or lifting. The only one holding up is the one that was fixed by the other salon. When I got that nail repaired, the technician commented on how poorly the original dip had been done and said it didn’t even look finished. I called Legend Nails and asked for a refund for just the manicure, since I now have to get the entire set redone, but I keep getting the runaround and no resolution. I've been told for days now that the owner will call me, and I have yet to hear from them. It’s really disappointing because the staff was kind and the pedicure was great—but a dip manicure should absolutely last longer than this, and the lack of accountability is frustrating. I wouldn’t return for a manicure, especially if you’re not local. * Update I did get my money back, I just I didn't have to pull teeth to get it.*
