America….Nails

I am from Michigan and desperately needed to get my nails done.I had no appt just a walk in. I was welcomed and I am very happy with my nails. 💅 I def recommend.

I wish I could give a negative star review. Website says open at 1030 and great for kids, they offer kids manicures. I arrived at 1125 the doors are locked, sign says open, I called the number a gentleman answers and states they are by appt only today, I asked for next available for my daughter to get a manicure for her birthday. He told me he only had gel polish, I asked if that was ok for children and he didn’t answer after I asked twice, I then suggested I would go by regular polish and come back at 1 for appt. Man said, well if you go get regular polish, why don’t you do her nails yourself. WOW!!!!! I will happy tell anyone I know never to come here, worst experience and I never walked through the door! Negative 5 stars

1. Uhm…he KILLED that. We were so anxious to find a new nail artist and we were afraid we wouldn’t get what we wanted but he ABSOLUTELY crushed it. We walked in at 6:30 hoping he had time for walk-ins and he made sure we were taken care of. It was a blast and he was hilarious. We will be back bestie!! 2. Had an emergency nail appointment before a wedding I was in and he managed to color match my bridesmaid dress!!

I walked in after 6 PM and waited for two people to be serviced before me. Willing to work with what I wanted. I left with a shape I am happy with and a decent design. Very comfortable and homey atmosphere, unlike any other shop in the area. Fair warning, you will hear at least twice about how the gentlemen was a veteran. Very good experience. Good service.

GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE but here.. Wish I could give this place 0 stars.. only one person in the store says they take walk ins but it’s rlly Wenever he wants to do them only does gel polish no regular polish he can’t do designs either and I don’t find out til I arrive. Finding out prices are hard and zero costumer service skills extremely rude and degrading and refused service because of what I looked like. Called the police on my family and I after we asked for an apology. After reading all the reviews I should have chose a different place to go to. Spoke to me abt Gaza and children in pain there and how I don’t know struggle after refusing service ?
