I love the atmosphere, very tropical. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable of their trade. You feel welcomed by everyone including the clients. We listen to all genres of music while having light conversation with the technicians. And then, it's over until my next appointment . Stop by and give Nail Tropix a try. You won't regret it.

I’m only speaking from my own experience, regardless of what the reviews say. I was charged $75 for the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. What I got was the bare minimum, and I did not enjoy any part of it. The lady who did my pedicure was very friendly, but her attention to detail and overall work were terrible. I was never offered a package, so I assumed I was getting a basic pedicure since she only had two packets of lotion and scrub. I specifically asked for no scrub because I don’t like the feeling, but she went ahead and did it anyway. She also kept leaving towels on me until they got cold—I had to remove them myself to signal that I was uncomfortable. The same happened with the wax at the end; she left it on me until my feet were uncomfortably cold, and again, I had to take it off myself. The pedicure itself was hideous. She even had to call someone else over to fix my left big toe after the entire pedicure was supposedly finished, which should have been addressed from the start. During the massage, she scratched me with her fingernails on my feet and legs, which was very unpleasant. A gentleman later came over and tried to “fix” the nail work, but instead of starting over, he just painted over what was already badly done. He also put on a nail for my left big toe, but it didn’t match the right one at all—it was uneven and poorly done. The pictures speak for themselves. Overall, I do not recommend this place. I hated the entire experience and felt that $75 was a complete waste.

Nice experience and a very warm and friendly tech, who did an amazing job on my nail. I will be making an another appointment to see Lee. She was so welcoming, and I love how much she wanted to make sure I was happy. She took her time. I didn’t like how she left me for awhile when she put the parafin was on my feet and warm towel on my legs. I am accustomed to the tech staying with me throughout the whole service. But overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I use to come here faithfully years ago. I moved away and miss my old salon so much. H was incredible and my nails were always perfect and healthy. I’m moving back and will be coming in soon!

The business was clean and professional. I am happy they accepted my daughter for a same-day appointment. This was her first time getting a full-set with a design. They literally nailed it seriously, she showed them a photo offline and it’s perfect!! She’s excited to come back in 3 weeks. Thank you again, I really appreciate your service. 01/07/2021 Today, I went back for myself. Again very flexible to get in. I believe the picture I showed her of the nails I wanted could not be achieved by the tech I had. I am displeased with my outcome. I felt like I irritated her a little after I did not like the white on my nails or the two other designs she tried. She did remove it but you can still see the specs of the white on the nail acrylic itself . I will go home and try to fix it . I DID POST WHAT I WANT vs. WHAT I GOT!! Not worth the amount charged at the end of the service. However, I do understand being paid for your time. Friendly, advice if you can’t do something let the customer know. I would come back for my daughter just not myself. I took a star away for the service I received.
