2025-09-02I initially gave them 5 stars to receive the 10% off, however not even a few hours later I noticed my “no chip” polish lifting and a few days later it chipped in half. I paid $80 with the tip, for a pedicure, no chip polish and French tip, they were done by a tall, slim young man. You can see from the pics it wasn’t worth the cost, I won’t be returning.

2025-08-27Horrible wait time ! I was there for almost 3 hours. I got started right away which is awesome but I took them from 12:45 to 2:30 to get done with just my toes! & everything was constantly an 15 + upcharge ( he told me for a french tip with a pink base I had to get gel plus the French tip was 15$ by itself & the gel I HAD TO GET was 20$ ). I asked the a man at the receptionist desk if there were any discounts or if anything could be done about the inconvenience, he was blatantly dishonest & I saw the 10% off per review and I asked about it , he pressure me into posting the review before hand & would not let me pay until he literally saw it posted . After paying I felt disappointed & disgusted , Lina did my nails nice , though she used a completely acrylic color then the one I had leaving the color underneath two toned . May did my toes great but she took the longest I think she’s training . Mind you there’s an extra charge for a repair that I never asked for or was needed on my receipt

2025-11-07I really like this place. Hands down the best customer service you will receive. Everyone is really kind and gentle. They offer you drinks and snacks. I got the lavender pedicure and no chip manicure. My no chip did chip after 3 days but they let you come back guilt free. For the price of services these days this is exactly the level of service I expect to receive. I WILL be back 🙂
