I’ve been here many times over years and haven’t had complaints. Their nail service has always been good. However, I am so disappointed after my last visit, I think they should know how we feel about it. I called ahead to make sure bringing a wheelchair bound relative was ok and the person who answered said they could accommodate, so I made 3 appts. After arriving a different person said they cannot accommodate, and in front of customers made a spectacle of her because she couldn’t climb in the spa chair. They eventually agreed to cut and paint her nails but refused to do a hot towel or use lotion because “it would be too hard” which is ridiculous. I called in advance to avoid something like that happening since we can’t easily walk out and go elsewhere with a small child and a wheelchair. The trip was our birthday gift to her. After we left she said she really wished they would’ve used lotion. I hope they read this and do better for others in the future. It was very insensitive.

I'm not entirely sure where the miscommunication was, but came here because I wanted a nice quick mani pedi before I return home and to go to bed for at the time 6 hours. I was here longer than anticipated and I don't know what was wrong with my tech but I told him what I wanted... twice.... and I was charged $114 plus tip for nails that made me feel like Fiona from Shrek. I should've gone to my normal place originally in bradley. Now I'm back home after getting my nails done the way I wanted... and will have to go into my night shift and work 10 hours on No sleep. Will not return.

This has to be one of the best pedicures I've ever had! The place is clean and super relaxing. I wish I had remembered to ask for my nail artist's name, but I was just so zenned out after he did such a phenomenal job. I highly recommend this place!

Just had a pedicure here Tuesday and now I have an infection in my toe. My toe is huge, red and swollen. I love coming here but lately it’s off. I’ve had a different inexperienced nail tech do my pedicures when I’ve been in the last few times. I struggle with ingrown toenails. That’s why I liked coming here. But today, it’s 5 am and my toe is throbbing and I can barely walk. Kept me up all night. And I’m in excruciating pain. Please make sure your implements are cleaned and that your tech really knows why they’re doing. This is a very bad situation and why I’m hesitant in letting people touch my feet.

UPDATE: 2023 I went in for a manicure and pedicure. First time pedicure and it was awesome! Very comfortable atmosphere, clean, did a great job on both and everyone was very nice! I will be going in for more! Definitely recommend! Took me in last minute right before closing and fixed me up! Can't thank them enough and they were so knowledgeable with their advice on my nails. I Will definitely be going here from now on!!! they are awesome!
