2025-08-08The nails came out uneven and my thumbs are different shapes. My fingers looks disgusting she left so much residue all over my fingers and she left a huge chunk of glue on the back of my thumb. I know it’s nothing I did because when she was putting the tips on she glued my thumb to her hand and pulled away without apologizing. I paid $73 for this. Will never come back. This is after 5 minutes of handwashing and peeling it off on my own

2025-12-14Update: On today December 13th, 2025 ~ Again today I arrived and received exemplary service. It an always a beautiful setting, friendly atmosphere and filed with wonderful nail techs. I was able to SPIN the WHEEL today and won 10% off today’s service. I LOVE THIS PLACE! ❤️ Thank you all for being so wonderfully NICE and WELCOMING. ************************************************* Always a smooth visit here and the professionalism in how well I’m treated each visit. This was my 4th visit and I have never been more SATISFIED with the attention given to assuring that my nails are done to my liking. The Front Desk Staff will listen very well to your concerns regarding what’s needed and not overtalk you. *Neat, **Clean and a ***Very Welcoming Experience with each visit.

2025-08-10this is my second time coming here and I already love Anna for the work she does. she’s so sweet and critical, she looks out the best for you while ensuring you’re satisfied. I hardly ever get my nails done but she makes me wanna get them done because they make me feel so pretty especially getting compliments everywhere. she deserves the credit for the work she’s committed to so please give this place your support!

2025-06-15i went in for my first time on 6/14/2025 with a friend and showed my nail lady the picture with the flower. i tried trusting the process, unfortunately they did not come out how i would have liked them. i just wanted a colored french tip with a black outline. they are too dainty for me. someone said it looked like i got my nails done then played in dirt and couldn’t get my nails clean… and the nail application also hurts my nails.. ALSO my star gem came off within the first 3 HOURS of having my nails done. when i called they said there was nothing they could do. i told them this place is far from my house and im way too busy too come in for them to fix. this nail set is highly disappointing for $107 !!!! i want a refund honestly. i will give them, my friends nails came out stunning. but it was a different nail tech.
