Carl Nails

Was not happy with the quality. The prices for a simple manicure were outrageous ($35). Lady kept asking if I want gel ( $45). Told her no as the last one killed my nails. As she is doing the nails she tells me “1 hour to dry” I asked don’t you have nail blowers to help dry? “No, just for gel. These no good and won’t last long” And then you charge $35?! All of us had nails that smeared immediately. Will NOT ever go there again. Oh and my 10 yr old grandchild was also charged $35!!!!

I have gone here twice. BOTH times, I was over charged. The last time about a week ago, Lilian charged me an additional $5 for what I got. I didn’t realize until after. So either she doesn’t know how to do math, OR she over charged on purpose. Either way, both are unacceptable for a business. She told me right before swiping my card, there is a $2 charge that should have been mentioned before hand when walking in or at least a notice posted. My daughter wanted a design to which Lilian said “she has to get the gel nail” which to me seemed like another way to get more money. I also left a good tip. Both my gel nails and my daughter with the design started peeling and it has been just about a week since we had them done. I will NEVER be returning and will NOT ever recommend them to others. Not only did we get over charged but it also didn’t even last as long as other places I have gone to. Quality is NOT there. I paid for two manicures, two pedicures, and a gel polish. Lesson learned here.

Most horrible experience brought my daughter there for her birthday to be told 20 Mins for our manicures they took 3 ppl before us who were walk ins when questioned why she said they came before me the other customer said no i didn’t she was here before me. I wanted my daughter to at least get her nails done since it was her birthday and she showed them a picture and instead of saying we can’t do that or can we do it this way she did clouds on her fingers with completely different colors than requested when i asked why she said oh she didn’t have the colors and was doing her own design my 8 year old said mom I could of done these myself. $70 yes you heard that a right $70 later for two kids to get regular polish and an ugly design they didn’t request we left. Guess what 2 hrs later the first polish of her nail is already chipping save your time and money and go to cape where you’ll get good services. I try and support local and never post reviews unless they are great but this was absolutely ridiculous service on every level!

They give amazing service! The nails are done so clean and so quick! I definitely recommend!!!
