Trendy Nails

Wasn’t happy with the outcome of the nail shape, the nail lady tried fixing it over 4 times & im still not happy with the results.. I asked for a removal because I didn’t like how they were turning out and she denied me taking them off. I then asked for a refund because I still was not happy with the results of how they turned out & she said no. & when I asked if I could just remove them for the second time she tried charging me after I just paid 70$ for them. The least thing to do was removing them for free since she didn’t want to refund. Don’t recommend getting nails done here unless you want it done half fast. Don’t do nails if it’s not something you’re gonna be passionate about doing. 😔😔 anyways I left sad and still feeling sad knowing I got ripped off for some half fast nails.

January was the month for Cervical Cancer Awareness. These are fantastic teal and white with a ribbon that Joe did for me! I'm always happy with the results. The right photo is what I wanted.

I hoped this would be a nice experience. The service was not friendly, didn’t do what was asked, and their products are horrible quality. They rushed you in and out like cattle and they talked about you in front of you. Very expensive for what you get. Avoid at all costs! Also it wasn’t very sanitary conditions and the handling of nails was very rough, enough to make me bleed when cutting my cuticles.

My sister and I chose this salon as part of her engagement celebration plans, and the experience was unforgettable. The staff worked with such care and attention to detail, ensuring every moment felt special. The matching nail designs they created for us were stunning, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to prepare for her big day.

I'm giving two stars because my nails look great. I can not believe the rudeness I experienced today. I have never seen such rude ladies as I did at this salon. I watched another customer get treated with so much disrespect.. .Im not sure how she even stayed. The tech that did my nails kept rolling her eyes at me and kept talking about me to another nail tech. It was the most uncomfortable experience ever. It's a bummer because my nails are really nice....but because of the way I was treated and the way others were treated, I will never go back. I also asked the nail tech her name and she refused to tell me...she said her name is " no name" and apparently that is the managers name too.
