I highly recommend Jayson. He knew how to execute what I wanted and was very transparent about price. He was extremely kind too. I will definitely be making this my regular nail salon!

2025-12-02I would pay extra attention to what they are charging you coming to this salon. I came in on the 23rd and asked for a pedicure. I picked the coconut pedi and the pedi was great! I decided to also get a manicure because my cuticles needed some attention. I told the tech I only wanted a regular mani. Making sure to tell her I'm a nurse and can't have gel nails. When she sat me in the chair she asked what color I wanted. I told her the same as the one on my toes. She said that color only came in gel. So, I told her to just do a clear coat. She showed me a color that was clear but had a little bit of shimmer. I told her that was fine. She did my nails and I didn't pay much attention. My niece was with me getting her nails done, and I was chatting with her. When it came time to pay, she said the total was $112. I didn't think much of it. I paid, left a good tip and left. I realized later that the price she charged didn't make sense and I realized she gave me gel nails and charged me for gel. Im just upset because I feel like she disregarded what I asked for to be able to charge me more. I wish I was paying more attention at check out and questioned what she was charging me for. It felt sneaky to me.
