Xhale Resort & Spa - Massage Idaho Falls

My wife and I were looking for a quiet, romantic night away, and Xhale Resort & Spa was exactly what we needed. From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm, intentional, and relaxing. The villas were beautiful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and it truly gave us a chance to slow down and recharge together. It felt like a hidden escape without having to leave Idaho Falls. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about when we’ll come back. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend.

we loved staying here! We enjoyed their hot pools, rooms and a couples massage with a getaway. Our massage therapists were great, I especially appreciated how detailed oriented mine was. Everything was so clean very nice and high end! Everywhere you went felt so calming and relaxing. We would absolutely come again!

I went to Xhale Spa for a bachelorette party a couple weeks ago and it was absolutely lovely! The cozy robes and chocolates when you first get settled in are such a nice touch. Each space is tastefully decorated and soothing to be in. The hot pools were pleasantly warm but not so hot that you have to get out often to cool off. We enjoyed the private seating areas to be found outside and inside. We got pedicures as a group and everyone enjoyed their nail service! The nail techs were so kind and did a fantastic job. I opted for a massage (I believe the massage therapist was named Nichole?) and she also did a wonderful job! Walking out of there, I felt better than I have in a long time. I plan to bring my husband back for an overnight stay in one of their cute suites and couples massages sometime because I enjoyed it so much!

I always have the most amazing time here. I’ve stayed in the cabins a few times and it’s absolutely the best “hotel” I’ve ever been to. The service in the spa is phenomenal and the hot tubs and hot pool are above par! The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. I will definitely continue to come back and bring my family and friends. I always tell everyone I talk to that this is the best place around and especially in town! I highly recommend!!

My husband and I recently went on a Teton/Yellowstone trip and decided to stay in Idaho Falls to break up some of the driving. We stayed at Xhale and it did not disappoint! The cottages are beautiful, well appointed, private, and comfortable. The whole place was very clean and well kept. The hot pools were so nice and the whole vibe was very relaxing. We treated ourselves to a couples massage. I had Madeline and she was fantastic. Truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She really listened to what I needed and got after it. My husband had Emily and was also very pleased and said his back felt so much better after. If you find yourself in Idaho Falls, don’t hesitate to stay here!
