This thing needs a zero star option. I took my wife here trying to get her a good manicure gel manicure experience and she came out crying and saying she felt like the person that owns the place was yelling at her the whole time and talking about politics and really hostile stuff. Really graphic stuff and she made all of her nails/cuticles bleed. Some of the blood went underneath the gel and is stuck there underneath the gel. Stay clear of this place because of how hostile it is. Someone needs to report this kind of place. Not safe, not clean and not friendly. See picture for reference.

I am visiting family from Phoenix and needed a fill. I confirmed the time multiple times before hanging up. When I first arrived, the owner argued with me about what time I was supposed to come. I told her I had time and didn’t mind waiting but she insisted that I was wrong. Weird way to start but, whatever. No big deal. After a few minutes she asked if I was there for two pedicures and nails. When I reminded her that it was just a fill, she realized her mistake. The problem really started when I sat down. She had obviously overbooked herself, which happens, but she was RUSHING. It took less than 30 minutes for my full service. I was left with cut fingers from the rough filing and lack of attention when she was using the electric filers. She used the wrong color on my nails, which is also very blotchy and uneven. I’m not surprised because there were boxes holding the polishes all over the floor. I actually had to watch where I was stepping. I imagine that makes it difficult to locate the correct color. I didn’t correct the color mistake and told her it was fine, knowing that she was obviously rushing since the two pedicures had arrived. The shape is fine because I asked her not to change it and she didn’t. The nails though, are thick and lumpy. I have had bad manicures in the 17+ years that I have been getting my nails done regularly, but waking up with an infected finger was what made me decide to leave a review. Overall, I was disappointed to pay big city prices, only to receive less than stellar services.

I came in on a quiet Sunday afternoon. There were no other customers and no other employees present, just one woman, who I believe is the owner. I asked for a simple polish removal, a service listed on the salon’s own pricing menu. From the beginning, I was treated dismissively, the service was rushed and incomplete, and the payment process was unnecessarily difficult and tense. This experience was completely unwelcoming and borderline humiliating. I’m posting this review not out of spite, but to provide an honest, factual account of how I was treated. I would encourage anyone considering this salon to observe how they interact with you from the moment you walk in, especially if you’re not requesting a high-ticket service. Respect and professionalism should not be conditional.
