2025-10-05Extra $5 for more than two colors of polish, had to leave massage chairs to go dry elsewhere even though no one else was there and my 11 yr old boy had the same cost as mine. No kid rates "over 10". Lady was nice but it was not comfortable experience at all.

2025-02-09I went in there to get a pedicure and a gel set. Well I got in there they turned the water on and it instantly had a gross smell and it burnt my feet and made them itch. The guy who was painting my toes was very rough and gave me an ingrown toenail and was hurting my toes not to mention he did not change gloves from the previous girls and did not wash the instruments off. I only got white polish. After that was done I went to get my nails done I love them don’t get me wrong but I asked for Polly gel which she said ok we can do that but she gave me acrylics and still told me I had to pay $100

2025-01-26Normally I love this place but as of recently I am not getting the full experience. Today, I got #4 pedicure which is massage w/sugar scrub, cooling gel and callus removal. I asked for no sugar scrub and she said ok we will do lotion. Perfect! Well I got a 1 minute massage (supposed to be 10 min) and no cooling gel. She said she did lotion but was supposed to be swapped for the scrub. $60 for half of what I got. Ugh! Language barriers.
