My appointment was at 9 a.m.. first appointment of the day. Perfect timing. When I arrived Iris opened the door with a cheerful greeting and a welcomed smile. She is my go to person for haircuts and styles. You can tell she loves her job. Through the whole salon experience and the way your hair turns out. ❤️ Thank you Iris.

So pleased with the service and my haircut. Chelsea knew exactly what I wanted and actually improved on my vision. I call her a true Artist with the scissors! Will be back! While I waited for my turn I had the chance to observe the rest of the team and how they interacted with their customers. I have to compliment all of them for superior service.

I visited the Pukalani Supercuts location and had an excellent haircut by Chelsea. She does such a great job, and I will be back again for my next haircut with her. She also cuts my son’s hair and is great with children as well. Thanks Chelsea!

Terrible. The older man was not confident in his skills and my hair is uneven. If you want to look good or have something important to be ready for, would not recommend Supercuts. Hopefully upcountry maui has better place for men haircut. Expensive chain that doesn’t care about their customers
