Massage Envy

I’ve been going to Massage Envy in Pearl City for years. I decide to try the Kapolei location out. As with all Massage Envy’s, they send a courtesy reminder 48 and 24 hours prior to the appointment. Today, however, I received multiple messages asking for an immediate response. I guess they forgot that many people work during the day and can’t reply right away. They didn’t even give me an hour to respond before another reminder was sent. I was so turned off by this, I decided to cancel the appointment. I guess some VIP client REALLY needed my time slot, as they kept pressuring me to respond. I will continue my business with the Pearl City location. I advise you all to do the same. The service there is phenomenal!

From the moment I arrived, she made sure every detail was perfect for my comfort and relaxation. Massage therapist Courtney, from Kapolei/Pearl City is awesome. She always asks about what I need out of the session; she listens and applies her expertise. Courtney is professional, courteous, and friendly. Also the facility is clean and attractive. Front receptionists are welcoming and helpful. I also appreciate the reminder texts. I leave happier and relaxed.

I have had Many massages in my life. And I thought some of them were pretty amazing until YESTERDAY!!! ALLY WAS BEYOND INCREDIBLE… That had to be ONE OF THE BEST MASSAGES I HAVE EVER HAD… THE BED WAS AMAZING!! My whole experience from the time I walked in to the time I left was above and beyond my expectations. I AM CONVINCED THAT MASSAGE ENVY IS MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE.

We stumbled upon this wonderful salon completely by accident during our vacation and decided to try the red-light therapy and a dual vibration–sound session. I want to highlight the absolutely excellent work of the staff — the ladies were incredibly attentive and caring. They helped us choose treatments we could do on the spot without a prior appointment, since we hadn’t booked ahead. We spent a lovely time together, fully relaxed, and left feeling restored. The staff is unbelievably caring — 100% recommend!
