2025-12-19Iโve been going to Dip nail bar since September 2025. They are hands down the best in suwanee. Lisa is phenomenal on the nails like, wow. I have no complaints because I always leave happy and satisfied also the staff is very friendly they make you feel comfortable. If you are looking for a great nail salon please stop by and check them out you want be disappointed. ๐

However, I was surprised to learn about the additional $1.80 charge for using my credit card. I was even more disappointed when, after offering to go to the ATM to get cash instead, I was asked to leave my cell phone to ensure I would return. That made me uncomfortable and left me feeling distrusted. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I value good service and hope my experience can help improve things for future customers.
