Annie’s Nails Salon Pt.2

Very clean salon very professional and they offer Excellent prices and so many services. Took my mom and we absolutely LOVED the nail tech we had named Shontae. I highly recommend going to her she is very kind and knowledgeable.10 out of 10 service with her.

I don’t normally get my nails done so I figured I would treat myself for my birthday and get a mani pedi and both the colors I was interested in, they were out of, which is obviously not a big deal, just means they get a lot of clientele who love the same colors I love. But what really made me upset was how much my nail tech rushed through the whole process and was looking at the clock while he did my nails. I got regular polish on my toes and he did one coat and my big toe got messed up during the drying process (was my fault) so he came out from the back and seemed bothered he had to do my toes again rushed through redoing them again. I will probably just go home and take it off at this point. I am however fairly happy with my finger nails, I got gel and they came out pretty good, the tech did a great job with cleaning up my cuticles which I desperately needed. I will point out though that I expressed my frustration with the receptionist and she was insistent that they fix my toes which was super sweet and didn’t go unnoticed, but by that point, I just felt like a burden to my nail tech so I paid and left. I wouldn’t have been as bothered it wasn’t for a special occasion but i’m honestly just sad about my nails.

Got my nails done for a special occasion and Lucy did AMAZING. Exactly what I wanted with even exceeding my expectations. She was very sweet and communicative!

The first two pictures show what I asked for, and the last three are what I received. Unfortunately, the outcome was very disappointing. I requested a Gel-X full set with the pink from the toe inspo pic and two simple middle finger designs in white shown in the nail inspo pic. Instead, the application was messy, with air bubbles, dents, and overall poor cleanup. The design I requested wasn’t followed — I was told it was “simple,” but instead of the outline I asked for, blooming gel was used because he thought it was “cute”. I didn’t ask them to fix it because I honestly don’t feel comfortable returning. It’s frustrating knowing I’ll need to go elsewhere and pay again just to get the look I wanted. For what I was charged, I’ve had much better for less! Sadly, I won’t be back.

Such a nice experience. I was in and out and the prices were affordable. I loved my nails and everyone there was so kind!!
