I seriously can't thank Haley enough. My friend accidentally fried my hair the night before, and I was freaking out thinking l'd have to cut it all off. I called the salon first thing in the morning, and Haley was kind enough to fit me in right away. She was so kind, and she really worked with me on what i wanted. somehow—somehow— she brought my hair back to life. She treated it with so much care, and by the time I left, my hair looked and felt healthy again. I don't know how she did it, but she's a lifesaver. i wish i had better before and after pictures because you can truly see how professional she really is, but you can tell a clear difference just between these.

If you need your nails done, I highly recommend Joy at Majestic! Seriously, she is the best I’ve ever been to and forever has me as a client! Pictured are just a few examples of the wonderful job in which she is capable!

I had my first hair appointment on 11/17/23 and I will definitely be back! From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, warm, and welcoming. Haley was ready for me, so we discussed my texture and how my hair typically responds to dyes/bleach, what I wanted, and then she went to work! I have a lot of hair, but she was patient and genuinely cared about my hair and experience. I absolutely love the end result and I highly recommend this salon and spa, especially Hair by Haley!

Majestic is a really great all-service studio salon, all the way around! I’ve had my hair done there and have been very happy, I’ve had amazing massages by Nicole & a few others through the years. The ambience and camaraderie is very welcoming, everyone there is wonderful! But I am specifically writing today about Joy Goulding Howard & the magic she works on my nails. 💅🏻 i’ve been getting my nails done now since 1997. So when I tell you, I’ve done it all and seen it all regarding my nails, it’s not an exaggeration. When I lived in Michigan, I had one person for 15 years. I’m loyal when it comes to my nails! When I had to move down south, I had to fumble and look for new people and I tried all the usual nail salons all over town. I finally found someone that I was with for another 10 years. But when she retired, I had to start looking for another person who did my nails as well as the last two that I went to. I thought I was going to be stuck going to salons were no one really knows me and barely speaks English. (Not trying to be anti-Semitic, I’m just saying it’s nice to have someone that I can understand & who I know isn’t speaking behind my back, maybe I have watched one too many episodes of Seinfeld.) 🤦🏻‍♀️😆 Not to mention, when I get my nails done, I’d like them to last for a few weeks. I literally was going to different salons and I just wasn’t satisfied, they were either too thick, too thin, lifted too early, or I didn’t like the shape, and there was usually a language barrier, so I didn’t want to push the issue. I would just let them finish my nails and go w/ it. One day, I was in Majestic getting a massage and I learned they had a new nail tech who had just started there. After one conversation, I knew I was gonna love Joy, and I do!!! She is the best! My nails, I have never or felt looked better! And what’s more, they last me for weeks and the shape the color they just look great! Plus, Joy is a lot of fun, she’s sweet & so creative! She’s really reasonable as well, I was paying way more than what she charges at the little Asian salons all over town and they weren’t lasting very long, so it’s actually more cost-effective to go to her, I’m not sure if she’s just using better quality material or what but my hands are happy! Go see Joy, I promise you will not be sorry!! 💅🏻💅🏻

So last week I asked for a private nail tech and people recommended Ms. Joy at Majestic Spa and Salon. I just wanted to come on here and brag about her services. She is super friendly and listens to what you're wanting. She's very thorough taking her time and checking in with you to see if you're satisfied throughout the process. She gives you a recommendation on what would be best for your nails. The place is exceptionally clean and I did not have to worry about germs or walking away with some infection as that's one of my biggest fears and usually a reason why I avoided getting my nails done. Her massage is amazing and she is very gentle. Truly a wonderful experience. I cannot brag on this place enough y'all! I will definitely be coming back as a regular and I'm glad to have established a new relationship. Thank you!
