Lavender Hill SpaSalon

I came in for a long layered haircut and a botanical hair treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The layers added so much movement and shape to my hair while still keeping the length I love. My hair feels incredibly soft, healthy, and refreshed after the treatment. The experience was relaxing, and the stylist, Jada, did a great job nailing the style I wanted! I’ll definitely be returning — this might just be my new go-to salon.

Got my hair colored and it turned out super brassy. She was going to let me leave like that, but when I pointed it out, she “fixed it” after fixing it I got home and realized it’s not fixed at all. In fact it’s worse in spots I couldn’t even see. When I called about getting it fixed, they told me they have a seven day window and will fix it, but we’re not willing to work around me to get it fixed, when I asked for a partial refund, they said they will work around me to get it fixed. But they won’t allow children and I have no one to help watch them, it’s spring break. 7 days when I am notifying them seems extremely unfair. It’s not even remotely close to ashy. The stylist was nice but definitely started rushing through to get to her next appointment. Which is why the top looks NOTHING like the underneath. We have pictures coming up which is the whole reason I got my hair done.Needless to say I will be spending MORE money to get it fixed where I can have my children sit and wait. So I’m posting my what I wanted vs what I got also how my hair was when I went in(ashy)

I was very skeptical of trying a new place, the last place I went did a partial highlight, root smudge, but she did the root smudge poorly so my hair looked grown out within two weeks. my appointment here was with Jada. She took a picture that I wanted to get back to and made it happen. She did a great job with my over saturated highlights and got me back to the inspiration photo. Cannot recommend her enough.

I have been to Lavender Hill Spa several times before and the service was great, but this time I did not get what I paid for. I gave away over one hundred dollars. I paid for an acne facial, but I promise you that the young lady pretended to take two blackheads out of my skin. She literally rubbed products on my skin the entire time, that’s it! That was really irritating! The warm wash cloth that she was using on my face smelled sour. I would not have scheduled an acne facial if I had only 2 blackheads! She literally told me I had only two blackheads! The last young lady that did my facial @ Lavender Hill was awesome.

This is my 3rd visit to Lavender Hill SpaSalon. I have gotten 2 mommy to be massages and one time prior to being pregnant. The service is great. Only thing recommended for next time is for the noise to be down as well as the soothing music in the room working. I’m sure that since the music wasn’t working caused myself and massage lady to hear the from outside closed door. Other than that 5 star rating!:)
