I haven't had a pedicure in about 2 years, and the holidays have had me stressed, so I decide to treat myself to a mani pedi. Someone recommended this salon, so I was excited to give them a try. Unfortunately, my feet are in so much pain, I can barely wear shoes or even tolerate socks. The technician scraped layers of skin off of my toes, leaving scratches and an angry, red, bubbly, burning rash on all of my toes. Somehow he managed to take the skin off of my entire pinky toe. I'm a nurse, I work on my feet for 12-13 hours a day - I left this salon in more pain than I came in with, and I have no idea how I'm gonna work my next shift with my feet in this condition. The massage was nice, the man doing the pedicure was polite, the oils and scrubs smelled really good, and I was seated in a spa chair immediately after I walked in - they get two stars for these things. I also asked for a manicure with regular shellac to match my toes. The woman who started on my hands (while the man was still working on my feet) looked at my hand and said, "You just want me to cut your nails and make them even? Or you want a manicure?" I said "no I want a manicure," because I knew my cuticles needed work and my hands are dry and callused and could use a little pampering too. As she's clipping my nails, she says, "You want clear polish?" I said, "well I wanted the same polish to match my toes." She said, "That's gonna chip really fast. If you get gel it will last, but this polish will chip really fast, and then it'll be even uglier." First of all... Even uglier than what? It felt like she was saying my hands were already ugly and we shouldn't make them any uglier lol. Secondly, I know the polish chips quickly. Every time I get a gel manicure, it chips quickly too. Maybe she thought she was doing me a favor by telling my it's not gonna last long, but if I'm gonna pay the same price for a manicure whether I get clear or color, I would rather enjoy the color however briefly it lasts. But alas, I was physically and emotionally exhausted and didn't feel like having a debate. I agreed to the clear polish. HOWEVER, she finished clipping my nails and then told me to enjoy my foot massage, and I never got the clear polish anyway. So basically I paid for a manicure and got a nail trim. Obviously the manicure situation is the least of my concerns. The fact that my toes have been excoriated is simply unexceptable. I noticed that it hurt when he was filing and buffing, but I didn't realize the extent of the damage until I started driving home. I feel like I paid $105 to learn an expensive lesson - go somewhere else next time.

I’ve now gotten my nails done here twice and I can honestly say I won’t go anywhere else! I used to go to another place but my fingers kept getting cut, so I started going here instead. The staff takes their time, makes sure I’m happy with each part (length, shape, color, etc.), and really goes above and beyond! I absolutely love this nail salon and will go back every time.

I had an AMAZING service! I’m so glad I found this place! Everyone is so welcoming and nice. I’m definitely coming back as a regular. Ps. That next/back massage was a huge plus! Love it!

Everyone here was very sweet and attentive. Jessica was very friendly and did a great job with my builder gel manicure. Eric did my pedicure and also did a great job. I would highly recommend 247 organic nails and spa.

I really wanted to treat myself to a relaxing mani/pedi day after seeing all the wonderful reviews for this salon. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely overwhelming. Even though the salon looked busy, I was seated right away which was wonderful. I was handed a menu for pedicure options, but before I even had time to look through it, the nail tech flipped through the menu and chose one for me. I wanted to enjoy picking my own service, so that already left me feeling uncomfortable. The one she picked was okay, but there’s many choices and I didn’t get a chance to read any of them. I also asked for a French tip on my toes and was told it would be a $25 up-charge (adding this detail in so future customers know ahead of time) Before I could even relax in the massage chair, another nail tech came over, placed a cushioned tray over me, and started doing my nails during the pedicure. He then leaned over me and turned my massage chair off to do my nails, which completely took away the relaxing part of the experience. The position he was working from and the lady moving my feet in and out the water made doing a design impossible, so I settled for a simple French tip on my nails. Even then, the French tips turned out crooked because he was doing them from the side, not in a normal nail station setup. My nails didn’t get the attention they needed. AT ALL. My total for the full set and pedi was $145, and I still left a $40 tip after being overwhelmed. I always tip good regardless of service, but I will not be returning. I pray this company continues to be successful and takes constructive criticism to heart to change the experience for future customers. I wanted a relaxing self-care day. Instead I was rushed and felt overwhelmed. Nothing about the experience was calm or relaxing. And my nails turned out UGLY! They’re brand new and look worn out!!!
