Tanzer Nail Bar

I visited this location for the first time because i was pressed for time and couldn’t go to my usual place. I wanted a simple Disney inspired nail design for an upcoming trip. The staff was friendly and the customer service itself was good, which I appreciated. However, the actual service was very disappointing. I showed a clear picture of the design I wanted black nails, one red-and-white polka dot nail, and a white accent nail with a simple Minnie Mouse silhouette and bow. This isn’t a complicated design, and any nail tech who specializes in nail art should be able to recreate it. Instead, the technician struggled and still couldn’t get it right. After over two hours, I ended up with just plain nails…. when I specifically requested Minnie Mouse. They also didn’t have the proper tools (like the bow), which should’ve been communicated upfront. The salon does have potential because of its customer service, but they need more advanced nail technicians and more transparency about what they can and cannot do. I would’ve preferred honesty in the beginning rather than spending over two hours and leaving without the design I asked for. And despite all of that, I STILL tipped…. because I always try to be respectful. But the experience was not worth the time or money.

Love going to Tanzer! They always do a great job on my nails. Every single technician I've had has done great. The salon is very clean and spacious. Highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Vivian at Tanzer Nail Bar. She’s incredibly talented with both creating and designing nails, and she always takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. You can tell she truly loves the craft of nail design.

Vivien is a gifted artist! She is a bright spirit, warm welcoming personality and knows her craft VERY WELL✨️

I love this place! Chole does my nails and Jamie does my pedicures. I am very particular about who does my nails and how so I have to admit after searching this became my place. Also Vivian is good but you need to make appointments instead of walk in if you want to see them.
