Santorini Nail Lounge Kennesaw

I needed bridesmaid nails to match my dress & jewelry. I showed Mimi the colors & she knocked it out of the park. Classy & fun, without being to over the top. This place is always a nice environment & I'll keep coming back.

Been to this spot twice. The first time was on my birthday and the nails were nice but the lady had an attitude. I had got an SNS mani w/ tips. I just gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe she was having a bad day. I just came back a second time yesterday and had probably the worst experience in a nail salon ever. My tech’s name was I think Adam and I’m not sure if it was his first day or he is just not experienced. I had asked for double gel mani w/ tips and it took over two hours. Mind you I had nothing on my nails they were all natural. He had misaligned the nail tip on my left thumb and when he went to “fix it” he tried to pry it off of my thumb after the glue had dried and Mimi (who was doing my mom’s mani gel) had to yell at him to stop because he was hurting me and I was coming out of the chair verbally saying “ow that hurts”. My thumb started to bleed and it had to be soaked to get the previous nail tip off. He overly buzzed and filed my nails to the point all of my nails feel raw and painful. He also made my ring finger bleed with the buzzer near the cuticle. I had also asked for regular round nails and he filed them to where the ends were pointy and sharp and I had to get another nail tech to look at what he had done. She sent him away and he disappeared in the back and didn’t finish my nails. After 4 nail techs (either fixing my nails, or giving input, teaching him) I had cried in the store getting fully embarrassed. I was throughly embarrassed because once I started crying I couldn’t stop. I am not the type of person to make a big deal out of things and usually will just deal with the poor service. But my mom stood up for me. My nails cost $60 and they only gave me a $10 discount. I will never be coming back to this nail “lounge”. I am not happy with the service, the look of my nails, and the pain I am in.

I had a pedicure and it was a very, very nice experience. The atmosphere was wonderful and the people were amazing, especially Kaylee. She was very honest about my feet which I thought were bad but she said they were not. This is the first massage I’ve had during a pedicure that did not hurt, but was actually very relaxing. My feet were very moisturized and look amazing. I will be back.

I loved my experience here. The staff is kind and welcoming. Jimmy is an amazing nail tech and has very good attention to detail. I appreciate the effort he puts into not rushing and doing a great job. I will be back again! Thanks, Jimmy!
