M & B Nails

Did my toes perfectly but when it came to my nails it was very rushed & not done correctly. My left hand, 3/5 nails had to be redone. She didn’t let the gel properly cure so not even 12 hours later I’m left with lifting polish & messed up nails. My birthday is tomorrow & these are supposed to be my birthday nails so I’m very disappointed especially with how simple I chose to get my nails done. The color change on my toes was $27 & I paid $65 for a half done job on my nails. Edit: I’ve added a star. I went back the next day after I got my nails done. They fixed the paint on the nails, apologized, and somehow made them look better than before. So thank you !

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this salon experience was absolutely unacceptable. I came in with a clear photo of what I wanted and showed it multiple times, yet the nail tech repeatedly ignored it, doing something completely different or wiping off the parts I actually said I liked. Instead of being upfront and saying she couldn’t do the design, she kept going in circles, wasting my time and leaving me frustrated. On top of that, the staff openly talked about me in front of me, making rude comments to each other in their own language (it was obvious because then they would snide and make passive aggressive comments to me in my language right after). It was incredibly unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable the entire appointment. The worst part, however, was when the tech aggressively pulled on my fingers at the end of the session. This was not a normal stretch, it was harsh and painful, as if she was trying to rip my fingers back. I even had to ask her to stop. Absolutely no client should be treated like that. I completely understand that nail art can be tricky, but if a tech can’t do the work, all they have to do is say so. I would have gladly chosen something else or taken my business somewhere else. Instead, I walked out with nails I didn’t want, sore hands, and one of the most uncomfortable salon experiences I’ve ever had. What I got was pretty, only after I continued to ask for something closer to my original request, but not at all what I asked for. This is for my wedding, so I’m obviously going to care more. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else where they respect their clients and their requests.

I had the best experience at M&B Nails! The team is incredibly talented and attentive. I got an acrylic full set, and they turned out absolutely perfect. The shaping was flawless, the color selection was amazing, and the attention to detail was second to none. The staff was super friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch nails! 5 stars all the way!

My nails came out cute but I probably won’t visit again. It was very difficult for us to understand each other from the start and the staff made me feel uncomfortable. If you don’t mind the communication issues it’s a good place for a quick manicure and pedicure.
