Tips & Toes Nails

I just had an amazing first experience here. I went in just needing my regular, every 3-4 week S&S. I have been going to another place for years and had no reason to try another place really…I was totally happy with them. During my visit I started dozing and she asked me why I was so tired. I told her a little about how I have this crazy insomnia/racing brain. She pulled out some type of herbal salve that she brings back from her country and ended up rubbing my temples, neck and shoulders after she finished my nails. When I tell you that this is ‘above and beyond’ customer service…I mean it. Not only her, but during my visit, every other employee ended up stopping by to say hello to me, and offer friendly conversation to me. This is worth mentioning, in my opinion, because at a lot of nail salons, if there is chatter between employees, right in front of the customer, it’s in a language that the customer typically doesn’t understand and it feels rude and isolating. I did not feel like that here. So 10/10! I highly recommend! Shout outs specifically to Bella, Rose, Jackie and the boss lady…whose name escapes me because I was just pampered to the point of hypnosis! (Annnnd I got a 10% discount bc it was my first time!) I had an amazing experience at Tips and Toes! I came in for a full set and was so impressed from start to finish. My technician was a great listener, offered me a drink right away, and delivered high-quality work with impressive efficiency. The space was spotless, the pricing was totally fair, and I didn’t even have to wait—on a Friday afternoon, no less! I’m absolutely thrilled with how my nails turned out and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I love the vibe of the place, Linda and John did their thing on my nails. I was very comfortable for my first time. She have me a cute blanket to cover my legs during my pedicure because my skirt was short while I sip on the wine she offered and I was relaxing 💜 I'm definitely going back...a customer for life🥰🥰

1st time visiting this Nail Salon. Ask for LINDA! She was extremely courteous and personable. She was not rushed to service me. They were very busy but she took her time. I enjoyed my experience. Environment is relaxing.

The service here is great along with the decor. They offered cold drinks and even gave me a pillow to rest my arm on while they did my hands. Sarah made sure she did exactly what I asked for and made my nails so beautiful! They were super transparent with pricing as well on top of their special 20% off grand opening! I will definitely be returning here!💕💕💕💕my cat loves them too 😌
