Lavish Nail Lounge

In less than 48 hours of an SNS manicure three nails literally fell off, cracked, discoloration and looked terrible. Never had such a bad experience at any nail salon ever and never had this happen with an SNS. Service, friendliness etc are not worth the convenience of being close. Update: And ANOTHER nail just fell off.

I was visiting my sister in Atlanta post surgery to help with the kids schedule. I took them to do nails 10/11/25. They each had gel, with one same decor for two fingers. I myself scheduled them, and then called back asking if they did builder gel, as that wasn’t on their website. And specially asked for Leo, who apparently is this towns go to. I was told he had appointments for 3pm, and yes, they do do builder gel. I’m not one for knowing about nails but I do know, after research, there is a hard bs soft gel. Upon scheduling my appointments with my nieces at the same time, I asked Leo what type of gel is used, hard or soft. He stated hard. It was actually soft, because they do not do builder gel. Basically end of appointment I was gaslighted on the difference of prices for my nieces, ages 9 and 11. Only to be actually charged the same for both, which I had to clarify myself. I also paid $10 more for a fake service for myself, because builder gel is a hard gel, and lasts 4-5+ plus, only because it’s grown out. We are literally at one week and my pointer finger chipped off. So I’m now scheduled with my regular person, in Chicago, and asking to replace whatever gel LEO lied to me about and placed on my nails, that chipped one week after placement. So on top of what I had to pay for Leo, plus tip, I’m repaying one week later to replace all nails and repair whatever he did, on my finger pointer. I’ll post the pic of Leo’s work and then Danny’s, my regular guy after he is done. Leo is also impersonable, which is fine, if you do long lasting work. He certainly does NOT have the skill to be as arrogant as he is.

I’ve been coming to this shop for years, I used to drive from Decatur until I moved to the area, and never had any issues. I’ve gone to multiple people and they always do a great job but I highly recommend Leo and Jimmy. They truly want to make sure you are happy with your nails and their service. Very nice and clean shop as well. This will be your new go-to!

Harry does the best nails ever. I have been getting acrylic nails for probably 8 years now and he absolutely kills it. He is very efficient when he works but also isn’t in a rush. He makes my nails all look very uniform and the shape is amazing every time. BOOK WITH HARRY!!! He is the sweetest person ever.
