Classic Nails and Spa (15% OFF For Pedicures $50+)

Since my second nail just broke off, I feel like I have to leave a review. I was visiting Atlanta and went to Classic Nails for a fill-in. My fill-in was done by Vy. I returned the next day, because I noticed the tip of my real nail was not attached to the acrylic on one finger. Instead of re-doing the nail, they only added glue. Less than a week later, 4 nails had cracks across the nail bed, including the one that I previously complained about. One crack broke the acrylic and my real nail completely off. Today, a large piece of the acrylic chipped off the finger I had asked them to fix. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I was not doing any type of strenuous activity to cause my nails to crack. Please do not be fooled by the 4.5 star rating. Do not waste your money here.

Classic Nail and Spa is absolutely beautiful inside very clean and tastefully decorated. I was greeted right away by the friendly front desk staff, and picking a nail color was easy since they have everything organized in a book. They have several pedicure chairs, including two adorable children’s chairs, which is such a nice touch. The pedicurist who worked on my feet was attentive and careful, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I also liked that they offer a rewards program when you enter your phone number. The location is easy to find, and I thought it was cute that they had little candy treats at the front. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back!

The experience was overall nice, on my results I thought would be ... Amazing pedicure, even though she never use the device to remove my dead skin, I must've chose differently from what I needed or requested I enjoyed my sugar scrub however. So I had to scrub a little more after I left. My inspiration for my shorter nails was an epic fail, I have them now until I can't look at them any longer. Nothing against the gentleman on my services, no more men can do my nails. Back massage is 10/10, do not skip!!! Thank you! These nails are not 24 hours old.

My service tech was Leo not only did he take his time and made sure my nails were exactly how I wanted he stayed till after they closed! I felt so bad but he ensured me it was A okay. I told him I was doing my nails because my boyfriend may be proposing! Welp I'm attaching the photos like I said Leo! Thank you so much for my perfect nails. *UPDATED REVIEW* I was really excited to return because my first visit for a nail service was amazing. This time, I came in around 7 PM for a basic pedicure with white Gel polish. Since Google shows they close at 8, I figured that would be plenty of time. I was greeted right away and seated, but when I mentioned the basic package, the guy technician kept pushing me to choose a more expensive one with massage, hot stones, and wax. I agreed, if there was time. From the start, though, the service felt rushed. He was going so fast that he actually hurt my toes while removing the gel. By the time there were only a few people left in the salon, another lady offered to take over and started painting my nails. I told her they could skip the extra services since they were closing soon and I didn’t want to hold them up. She asked if I was sure, and I said yes, it was clear they were rushing anyway. In the end, they still charged me for the number 6 service, even though I didn’t receive it. I was too tired after work to argue, so I just paid and left. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning here for pedicures again.

I have lived in Dunwoody for the past 3 years and this is my go-to nail place around here. I always get greeted and feel welcomed by staff. The nail technicians take their time as I never feel they are rushing their work or finishing their work ASAP to get another customer. Today I got a Gel-X service by Teddy. He took his time with finding the perfect match to my nails and cared about how I felt about my nails. He said, "You tell me what you like and we will take care of it". He was very friendly as well! I will keep coming back to this business as they are friendly, efficient, and careful with their work!
