LD Nails

Staff was initially very pleasant and welcoming.......until they realized that although I was clear on what I wanted at time of scheduling appointment, it was going to take a bit longer than planned. They began to rush through my service, limited conversation and made me feel uneasy and annoyed with me that they would run late due to THEIR error. They did complete the service and nails were nicely done but I will NEVER support their business again or recommend anyone else, which is unfortunate. Customer service is vital and a consumer should never be treated and spoken to as if they are a problem. .......and the response from the owner says it all! I was honest, you just can't accept that you and your staff are not always perfect. Not everyone will always be pleased and some days you will fail to deliver.....thats life. Instead of acknowledging any possible mishaps....you attack. I on the other hand did state what was good, along with issues. This attitude is the exact attitude I mentioned. Thank you for clarifying that. A simple " Sorry that we didn't make your experience with us as pleasurable as you had hoped and as we strive to deliver. I hope that you would reconsider and come again" ........and I would have because that shows that you actually read these reviews with intent to improve and provide great service to everyone. 100/100 LD Nails has been doing my nails for years. So happy Leah has finally opened this location where clients can enjoy and relax in a clean, professional, and beautifully designed environment. There is NO OTHER nail salon like this in the Douglasville area. The environment and every nail artist employed here are so welcoming with AMAZING attitudes! I have been serviced by the other artists as well and each experience was top tier. Everyone shows the same care and that's what I love the most. As far as prices go, you are paying for top quality products (because why would you want anything less on your nails that won't last) and quality service. I don't mind paying to get what I want and you get THE BEST leg/foot massage ever with your pedicures every visit! Tips are not a requirement but they deserve every bit of it. Please remember this is their job and their careers.

I have been coming 2 LD nails for almost 2 years and I have NEVER been disappointed!! Not only is the service and work top notch, but they make sure to use quality products and very sanitary!! I have yet to have a nail break, chip, or pop off! It’s amazing how much you will learn about the nail industry when you patronize a shop that actually cares about the health of your nails!!! I love Leah and her staff. The ambiance is always so warm and welcoming. I have never experienced any sanitation issues, most importantly my nails always look AMAZING! I literally love every single set. I dread my fill ins but Leah’s so talented and creative that I fall in love with my nails every single time. When I book my appointments I am fully aware of the pricing, there’s never an increase or hidden fees at checkout. There’s no other place I would go for my nail services than LD Nails.

Everyone there is always sweet & smiling. The nail artist are friendly & engaging, they make the time go by fast, for someone like me that gets antsy. The air is fresh, not like every other salon that smells like nail chemicals which is overpowering. I'm very glad I trusted my gut and walked in! Another reason why I love Douglasville 💜
