I’m really disappointed with my recent visit. I asked for a simple French manicure with red tips instead of white, but the result looked nothing like what I requested. The nail tech took an hour and a half to finish, and during the process she accidentally cut my finger twice and kept pressing her nails into my skin, which left my fingers sore afterward. She also applied about four layers of gel polish, making the nails look extremely thick and uneven. When it came time to pay, she stared at me in a way that made me feel pressured to tip more, which added to the discomfort of the experience. I’ve always loved this salon and have had great experiences in the past, so this appointment was especially disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve future visits.

My kid and I have been coming here for a few years now and everyone is always so nice and now they know our names and accommodate all my kids crazy nail designs! She usually gets Jennifer and she always does a great job! Mimi is who I request for my pedicures and she is absolutely amazing! We never have to wait more than a minute or two if we wait at all and it’s always worth every penny! Highly recommend making this your new regular nail salon!

Today I had Mia as my artist and she did absolutely phenomenal with my design! She made it look even better than my reference! She took extra care of my nails, highly recommend.
