Absolutely love this place! I refuse to go anywhere else to get my nails done period! Every few weeks I walk in, usually grabbing any random nail tech that is available and I bring them an incredibly intricate design to put onto my nails…other places I have been to in town have told me they could do it but prices skyrocket well over $125+ for a fill in and design and, usually, the design is half as cool as what I had pictured. Not once have I ever brought in a design to Cleopatra that they haven’t been able to figure out how to do it and how to make it even better than I could have imagined! My most recent nail tech was Lily, I had 3 different reference images that I wanted combined to make the spooky design I am now sporting and she was so awesome! Halfway through I even thought about adding a 3D buildable gel type element and she didn’t even blink an eye! I decided to go with the gorgeous pink and blink spooky szn design shown in the first two photos and I could not be happier with how they turned out! And all of this—a fill in, 2 entirely missing nails replaced, and this gorgeous design including the gems—for only $95!!!!!!! INSANE VALUE!!! For my next fill in I’ll be using the cat eye nail polish technique with the magnetic wand, chrome powder, and a 3D buildable gel element and they seemed as excited as I was when we discussed it to ensure they could do it! Point is—every artist at this shop is insanely talented and deserves more recognition and love from everyone in Columbus!! Next time you’re due for a fill in, hoping to get a new set, or just looking for a nice, relaxing manicure/pedicure be sure to consider coming here first—you won’t regret it! I have been gate keeping my nail tech Anna. She is so awesome. Great customer service, attention to detail, attentive to your needs, and always doing great quality work. She is absolutely great! From my observations this is these are the types of services offered by all of the nail techs in shop. I have seen several techs go out of their way to ensure the customer was satisfied. Don’t walk but run!

My girl Lilly does an amazing job every time! But honestly, everyone there is great. Builder Gel has been a game changer - lasts forever, no chip, and kind to my real nails! Great prices, reasonable time in and out, LOVE cleopatra! Highly recommend!

Got my nails done not even a week ago while I was out of town from florida and the color and underpart are already coming off, don’t think they let it firm all the way, for almost $60 for short and just a paint this shouldn’t happen…
