2025-06-12Do not waste your money here. Serene Nails is unsanitary and gave me a nail infection that still hasn’t healed. When I politely asked for my nails to be shorter—something I was paying for—the tech gave me attitude. My nails began to burn during the process. I told her, and she dismissed it, saying “that’s normal.” It wasn’t. I went to another salon down the street, where they removed the nails for free and confirmed I had an infection caused by Serene Nails. Completely unacceptable.

2024-07-13I love going to Serene! Never had a bad experience. Nail techs are great the atmosphere is welcoming, fun and clean. I have gone with friends, family and by myself. Anthony is my favorite! He is so funny and really listens to what I like and makes sure that my nails are perfect and last! I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
