Polished Nail Spa

I am a regular of Polished Nail Spa over the past 2 years since they’ve opened and highly recommend this nail salon! I actually came back to change my original review I left, but I guess they had my review taken down. I will say after I left the review, I felt a change in the customer service there and my experience has been wonderful since! Emmy is by far my favorite, she takes the time to really make your nails nice and I will always come back for her! There are a few others, like Kenny and Lee, that are exceptional at nails as well. Sometimes if you get someone new, they don’t do that well, but the people who have been around for a while are wonderful at nails! I do wish it was slightly cheaper as they are a bit more than my old salon in Kennesaw, but I understand that things have just gotten a lot more expensive in this economy! I am thankful to have such a nice salon so close to me! Thank you Polished Nail Spa and I will continue to refer you to others!

Love this place! It is small, but very clean and nice! Kenny is amazing at doing my natural nails! Selection of colors seems to be somewhat limited, as they do not have any “true” brown colors and this is a very popular color this season. Can be difficult to get someone to answer phone, and many times I have had to go in person to make an appointment!

Absolutely love this salon. Staff is very nice, they know what they're doing, and it's overall the best nail salon I've ever been to.

Lee was amazing. I went in for gel nails but ending up trying the gel builder option. He was kind. Knowledgeable. Friendly and easy to chat with. He even suggested a top coat color that worked beautifully!

My new favorite place to get my nails done! I’ve been a few times now, and was looking to get away from acrylic and tips to using my natural nails. My problem has always been my natural nails are too weak and continually break. Until I came here and they introduced me to gel builder - absolute game changer!! I now do this every time and my nails are MUCH healthier. I’m very picky with nail salons because I always worry about sanitation and getting cut, but they are very clean and I’ve never had any problems. They are a bit more expensive than other salons in the area, but imo it’s 100% worth it for the quality of their work, the environment, and the speed at which they can get your nails done. LOVED the latest French manicure they gave me with a white chrome finish. They matched my inspo exactly!! Will keep coming back! 💕
