2025-09-22I wasn’t happy with my experience here. I went in for a refill, but the gel polish didn’t come out smooth, and my cuticles weren’t cleaned. There were even little bits of my old red polish left underneath, which made the nails look unfinished. They also charged me $75 for the service, which feels really high for a refill. What’s most disappointing is that it’s only been a week and my nails already look grown out and old. For the price, I expected better quality and care.
